For us to proceed with the tour arrangements we require certain personal information from
each traveler. Please ensure to complete the application form and forward it to stoney@spumantesportstravel.co.za.
Also forward a copy of your passport or ID
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Each tour member will be covered by Medical Insurance. Please find attached the following
document: Schedule of Benefits.
If your child has a pre-existing medical condition, please
let me know as it needs to be declared to the Insurance prior to departure.
IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS
The New Immigration Regulation dictates that as from 01 June 2015 children require UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES, along with their passports, when travelling.
Please ensure that you apply for these certificates timeously.
The following documents are needed for the players to be able to book in at the airports and to go through customs. These 5 documents MUST be brought to the airport in their hand-luggage on day of departure from Cape Town
1. Flight ticket
2.Passport with visa
3.Certified copy of unabridged birth certificate
4. Letter from School
5. Parental Consent Letter (letter must be certified AND copies of BOTH parent’s passport, ID or driving license.)
This will ensure that they never have any travel problems.
VACCINATIONS
Vaccination requirements for the tour: None *Subject to change
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE & RULES
2 pieces permitted – Each piece of free checked-in baggage must not exceed 23 kilos.
Maximum dimensions (length + width + height) of each piece must not exceed 150 cm (59 inches).
The total combined dimensions of both pieces should not exceed
300 cm (118″).
One piece of carry-on baggage is permitted with max. dimensions: 55 cm x
38 cm x 20 cm (22″ x 15″ x 8″) and maximum weight: 15 lbs. (7 kg).
Take less than that since
you may purchase during the tour.
Overweight rates are very expensive and it is for your
own costs.
Your luggage will be weighed each time by an airport official.
VISA’S
Spumante Sports Travel will be responsible to obtain the visa for the hole group.

FOREX & SPENDING MONEY
The monetary unit is the Dirham (Dhs or AED), which is divided into 100 fils.
The Dirham has been pegged to the US dollar since the end of 1997 at a mid rate of AED 3.67.
Please contact your bank and ask them to assist you.
Ensure that they give you all the information regarding requirements,fees and benefits etc.
An air ticket and passport is required in order to obtain a bank card. Spumante Sports Travel will issue the air ticket on the final payment.
We also recommend that you have some of your money in cash( Dhs)

Once you have connected to free WIFI oversea – you will have access
to all social media platforms
Or you can buy a local pre-paid sim card.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity supply is 220/240 volts at 50 cycles. Plug points are the same as in the UK. To operate US-made appliances and equipment, you’ll need a transformer to convert the 220V to 110V and an adaptor for the plugs.
